We will process your order as fast as we possibly can, and give you realistic estimated delivery date - we can’t always guarantee delivery dates where it’s out of our control.


Orders for next day delivery should be placed by midday.

Orders received after midday on Friday will normally be processed on Monday, including UK express and courier orders. 

If an order is urgent we will do all we can to process within your timescale just send us an email and we will do our best!

If an item is out of stock we can either send it on separately when available or cancel it from your order.  Either way we will let you know if there is to be a delay





Will be via Royal Mail or a courier service.  Most items will be tracked and for a small additional charge we can send items on a next day delivery service.  If this is the case the item will have to be signed for at the address.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes 

You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds will be made to the method used to pay for the item initially

Any refund will be processed within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.

Products returned due to a defect will of course be refunded in full, including the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost you incurred by sending it back.

Products returned by you within the seven-day cooling-off period will be refunded, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.To return an item to us, complete the returns section on the invoice dispatched with your order.

We’d always recommended you get proof of posting when returning a product. Sadly we can’t accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.


We will of course replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged.  If you need to exchange your product for a replacement, just email us via the contact page.


Payments are processed through Square or Paypal both of which have high levels of encryption meeting the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)


Our kindle cones, BowlOvers and several other products are available on a wholesale basis and we are able to offer a drop ship service too.
