This is a rare metal eye chart.  It measures 11 x 7.5 inches the quotes are interesting and it would make a great piece of wall decor. It is stuck to another piece of metal for backing this could be removed or hung as it is - there is no hanging attachment at the moment
It would make a wonderful gift for any optician 
The sign is for long sight and I guess checking for reading glasses
